1 Bathroom Nestled in the historic heart of Estepona, our one-bedroom casita invites you to experience the magic of this enchanting town. Perfectly situated on a quiet cobblestone street of the Old Town and just a stone's throw from Plaza de la Flores and vibrant restaurants and bars, our home offers a unique blend of traditional Andalusian charm and modern comfort.
The light and airy property has been recently renovated to a high standard, fitted with a brand new kitchen and bathroom with luxury walk-in shower. As with traditional Spanish houses, the walls are incredibly thick, keeping the place cool in summer and warm in winter. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedroom.
The casa is all on one level with a small step into the property and another into the bedroom. It consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with full sized fridge-freezer, oven, dual induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender.
There is a king sized bed and a comfy sofabed in the lounge area. Although our space can accommodate four people, we would not recommend this for long periods.

Throughout your stay, you will have the entire property to enjoy, make yourself home and get lost wandering the garden of the Costa del Sol!
When sat outside beneath the orange trees on the quaint pedestrian street lined with colourful flower pots, you could easily forget that you are within a 1 minute walk from everything you could need; the beach, paseo, bars, restaurants, shops, parking, hairdressers, butchers, bakers, fish mongers. The list goes on!
The street is one of the most photographed in Estepona and the property lies at the foot of the steps leading to Our Lady Los Remedios church and Estepona's iconic bell tower- which is a great reference point if you find yourselves lost when wandering the beautiful streets! The bell tower can be viewed form almost any spot in town!
We provide a folder with plenty of recommended restaurants, bars and things to do! But don't just take our word for it! There is so much for you to explore!
The guests have access to the entire house, and have their own private entrance. We have also provided exterior table and chairs for them to sit outside under the orange trees.
They also have private access to the washer-dryer, found in the airing cupboard in the bathroom.
We are local to Estepona and are free for any recommendations and happy to help if you require any assistance!

Izcila atrašānās vieta - netālu no pludmales, no restorāniem, Charlotte ieteica lielisku stāvlaukumu turpat netālu. Lieliska saimnieces komunikācija, jo es nebiju veikusi online reģistrāciju, izdarīju to pēdējā brīdī un Charlotte ātri atsūtīja ieejas kodu. Mēs esam ļoti apmierināti un priecīgi gan par atrašānās vietu, gan par tīrību, gan par sagaidīšanu, gan par iekārtojumu. Paldies!

February 2026We had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Calle Sirena. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of everything: restaurants, the beach, the port, and all the beautiful mural streets. Calle Sirena itself is one of the prettiest streets in Estepona, which made coming “home” after a long day even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It’s the perfect base for exploring Estepona on foot, we never needed a car or taxi to get around town. We walked to dinner every night, strolled to the beach in the mornings, and could pop back anytime to freshen up since everything was so close. If you’re looking for an authentic Estepona experience right in the middle of the old town, this is the place. We’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
